The Stripolympics – What it’s really like to lapdance during London 2012

Anybody who works in hospitality has been gearing up for a summer of hard slog in London this year.  I am a lapdancer at one of London’s top gentleman’s clubs, and am now looking at a month of pulling in as many shifts – and profit – as I possibly can.

Estimates of 10.8 million tickets sold, 10,000 athletes, tens of thousands of security staff and supand mean that whatever the weather, there will be many people enjoying the best that London’s nightlife has to offer.

I intend to work as many shifts as possible, in the hope that I have a few real lucky nights with some high rollers.  I will be using my USP – that I’m an EWnglish girl born and bred, that I know loads about my home city, that I’m a proper London party girl.

I will be blogging about my exploits throughout the summer, with a real emphasis on how London nightlife is buzzing, who I meet and perform a striptease for in London, the naughtiness I get up to after-hours….

I will also be getting in touch with fellow bloggers of the exotic dancer and sex worker community so thand posting news and views from my fellow girlz in da hood.

Sassy by name, Sassy by nature, I write to explode the myths which surround the lapdancing profession - standing up for the clubs, the girls and the customers. Its not always drinking champagne and playing with my tits - it can be hassle, hustling and hangovers. At heart I'm just a regular twenty-something posh cockney living in London who likes taking her clothes off...

What do you think? I'd love to hear.
